Steps

Open Journal Index & Quartiles
From the workspace sidebar choose Journal Index & Quartiles. On a phone, open the All menu and tap Journal Index & Quartiles.

Set up your inputs
Browse Life Sciences journals by Q1-Q4 band, category, scope, editorial aim and quality bar, then have the AI assess your thesis or paper against the venue you are targeting. Start with the smallest realistic input so you can check the output before scaling up.
