How to use Literature Synthesis Tables

Build a synthesis table across your papers where each cell keeps the quoted snippet and the record it came from, with confidence filters on the provenance panel.

Steps

   Open Literature Synthesis Tables

   From the workspace sidebar choose Literature Synthesis Tables. On a phone, open the All menu and tap Literature Synthesis Tables.

   Set up your inputs

   Build a synthesis table across your papers where each cell keeps the quoted snippet and the record it came from, with confidence filters on the provenance panel. Start with the smallest realistic input so you can check the output before scaling up.

   Run it

   Run the tool and check the first output: custom synthesis columns across many papers.

   Review what came back

   Work through the results: quote snippets and source record behind every cell; searchable, filterable provenance panel; export the table for your manuscript.

   Save or export

   Save the configuration as a preset if you will repeat it, and export the output when you need it outside SciExpert. Your inputs persist across refreshes and sign-ins.
